General Conditions of Carriage
1. Reservations
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For long-distance journeys or those requiring special arrangements, 48 to 72 hours’ notice is recommended.
2. Fares
Fares are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the distance, waiting time, and any additional services requested.
3. Cancellations
All cancellations must be reported at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. After this deadline, cancellation fees may apply.
4. Responsibilities
Vitalift is committed to providing a safe and punctual service. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, traffic, etc.).
5. Personal Data
The information collected during bookings is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
